The Ron Hill Classic began on a beautiful Friday afternoon at The Yards with the 6 hole par 3 shootout. We had around 75 join us for the shootout and it was a great event. Glen Klauk had a hole in one to make it to the final round of the shoot out alongside 3 others, Jayce Ramage, Bill Esser and Duane Cyr. Esser had a hole in one to win the shootout.
Saturday morning greeted us with a beautiful sunrise, and golfers and their families enjoyed breakfast buffet of fruit, pastries, eggs, bacon, sausage, and other delicious eats. The Yards hosted our scramble event with 60 participants. Slammer & Squire hosted 16 golfers for the individual event for the Brandt Cup race. Christy Lyle of Pro Plus greeted the ladies at Alice & Pete’s Pub at 11:30 am for the Ladies Social. The evening started at 6:00 pm as everyone headed to the Dinner/Reception at the Yards, where around 100 enjoyed a cocktails, light appetizers, and live music. Dinner and awards followed.
2025 Butch Singo Award was presented to Billy Gamble by Dave Rogers and Jim Staub.
